The main company objective is to maximise our shareholders funds. We believe that this is primarily achieved by investing and/or distributing our profits generated in such a way so that we maximise the value of our company.
 
In parallel to the cement business, our company has been investing in the tourist and property development sector through its other group companies. While pursuing a policy of vertical integration we have invested in other cement related business ranging from aggregates to ready mix concrete. Our company has significant shareholdings in the region of 20-50% in the following group companies as illustrated below

Each of the above companies engages in a different activity, thus, making the returns from them more diversified. Their activities are mainly in the tourist and land development sectors both of which have excellent prospects especially now, after Cyprus' accession to the European Union as a full member.
